We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
No Returns for Personal Reasons

No Refunds During Processing and Transit
Please note that refunds will not be allowed or accepted during the order processing and transit period.
Exchanges
Due to restocking limitations and logistical challenges, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase.
Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled or a refund is requested by the customer, a 20% fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This deduction covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies to all order cancellations initiated by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return and refund request. Our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the product meets the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The product and its packaging must remain intact and in original condition.
- Refunds will not be processed for products that have been used or washed.
Important Notes:
- Refunds and returns will not be accepted due to a change of color preference or a change of mind.
- If the returned product meets our conditions upon inspection, the refund request will be approved. The customer is responsible for returning the product, including all shipping costs, and ensuring that all labels and packaging are intact.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed after deducting a 30% logistics and restocking fee.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
